• Donation details necessary to process M-Pesa, bank, or international transfers — we do not store card or M-Pesa PIN information ourselves
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve the site

Member account data is stored with Firebase (a Google Cloud service) using industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as Firebase/Google, or payment processors) solely to operate the site and process donations, and where required by law.

Joint Hands Charity works with partners and supporters in Kenya, Europe, and the United States. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to keep it protected consistent with this policy.

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us
• You may close your member account at any time by contacting us
